Styles of Listening

We tend to utilize a style of listening in our interpersonal relationships which means it is our primary approach to understanding a listeners message. Researchers have identified four listening styles in Chapter 6 of our text. People centered, action centered, content centered and time centered. Identify which style is your primary approach in this post. Where did you think you learned this approach? Is it effectively working for you in most interactions? Should we always use the same approach in all listening situations? Share with me the answers to these questions and a time that you should have moved outside your primary approach to a adjust accordingly to the situation. This post is due on Tuesday, October 26th. by the start of class.
